Will Call: Tickets for online purchases will be held for pick up at will call. Please present your e-mail confirmation in the main lobby to claim ticket(s).
Museum Admission: Concert ticketing includes untimed general entry to the collection galleries and exhibitions for the day of the concert reservation.
General Admission Seating: Most concert seating is unassigned and available on a first come, first serve basis. Seating opens to ticket holders at 3:30 pm at the Annex 2 entrance to the Music Room.
Reserved Seating: Qualifying members of The Phillips Collection at the Insider Circle level or higher receive reserved seating at Phillips Music events. If qualifying ticket holder are not seated by the concert start time, any unoccupied reserved seats will be made available to general ticket holders.
Late Seating & Forfeiture: Sunday Concerts do not a scheduled late seating. Late seating happens at the discretion of Phillips Collections staff and will be facilitated at the Dining Room entrance to the Music Room. Ticketholders not seated by the event start time may risk ticket forfeiture.
Refunds: The Phillips Collection offers refunds for individual tickets only in the event of a concert being canceled. If this occurs, ticketholders will be contacted about whether they would prefer a refund or wish to convert the cost of their tickets into a tax-deductible contribution.
Member Discounts: Members of the Phillips Collection receive a 30% discount on Concert tickets, one discounted ticket for Individual Friend members, up to two discounted tickets for Dual Friend to Explorer Friends members, up to four discounted ticket for all Circles members.
