Please review the following reservation policies before proceeding with your purchase 

Season Subscription: Season Subscriptions include one ticket to all concerts scheduled for the 2025-2026 season.

Member Presale Access: During presales, Circles members receive advance access to up to four subscriptions, Dual Friend to Explorer Friend members receive advance access to up to two subscriptions and Individual Friends members receive advance access to one subscription.

Member Discounts: Members of the Phillips Collection receive a 30% discount on season subscriptions, one discounted subscription for Individual Friend members, up to two discounted subscriptions for Dual Friend to Explorer Friends members, up to four discounted subscriptions for all Circles members. 

Refunds: The Phillips Collection does not offer refunds for Season Subscriptions or for individual concert dates. 

Will Call: Tickets for individual concerts will be held for pick up at will call. Please present your e-mail confirmation in the main lobby to claim ticket(s) on the day of each event.

Museum Admission: Concert ticketing includes untimed general entry to the collection galleries and exhibitions for the day of the concert reservation.

Seating: Concert seating is unassigned and available on a first come, first serve basis. Seating opens to ticketholders at 3:30 pm at the Annex 2 entrance to the Music Room. 

Late Seating & Forfeiture: The only late seating will take place after the performance's first applause. Ticketholders not seated by the close of late seating may risk ticket forfeiture.
