Member Presale Access: During presales, Circles members receive advance access to up to four tickets per concert, Dual Friend to Explorer Friend members receive advance access to up to two tickets per concert and Individual Friends members receive advance access to one tickets per concert.
Member Discounts: Members of the Phillips Collection receive a 30% discount Concert tickets, one discounted ticket for Individual Friend members, up to two discounted tickets for Dual Friend to Explorer Friends members, up to four discounted ticket for all Circles members.
Will Call: Tickets for online purchases will be held for pick up at will call. Please present your e-mail confirmation in the main lobby to claim ticket(s).
Museum Admission: Concert ticketing includes untimed general entry to the collection galleries and exhibitions for the day of the concert reservation.
Seating: Concert seating is unassigned and available on a first come, first serve basis. Seating opens to ticketholders at 3:15 pm at the Annex 2 bridge entrance to the Music Room.
Late Seating & Forfeiture: The only late seating will take place after the performance's first applause. Ticketholders not seated by the close of late seating may risk ticket forfeiture.
Refunds & Cancellations: The Phillips Collection offers refunds on individual concert tickets only in the event of the cancelation of a performance. Ticketholders will be notified if this occurs and offered options for refund, exchange or the donating of ticket funds back to The Phillips Collection.
