Concert Venue & Ticket Pickup: The concert scheduled for December 17, 2017 with be held in the residence of the Columbian ambassador, located a block from the museum at 1520 20th St., NW. Concert tickets can be claimed at the Will Call set up at the residence.
Museum Admission: Tickets to Sunday concerts include full museum admission for the day of the concert reservation, including untimed exhibition entry to Renoir and Friends: Luncheon of the Boating Party. Please be sure to claim museum entry before entering the galleries.
Phillips Collection Members: Members of The Phillips Collection enjoy a 50% discount on full-price tickets to Sunday concerts, the number of discounted tickets commensurate with level of benefits.
Phillips Chamber Society: Members of the Phillips Chamber Society enjoy a 100% discount on tickets to Sunday concerts for up to two people.
Rush Ticketing: On Fridays preceding Sunday concerts, any additional ticketing will be made available for general sale at 5 pm through the website.
Late Seating & Forfeiture: The only late seating will take place after the performance's first applause. Ticketholders not seated by the close of late seating may risk their seats being sold to waiting guests.
Exchanges: Ticket holders must contact the box office by 5pm on the Saturday prior to the concert in order to qualify for ticket exchanges. Depending on availability, concert tickets can be exchanged for other concerts scheduled during the 2017-2018 season. .
Cancellations: The Phillips Collection does not offer refunds for cancelled ticket reservations.
