E-Tickets: Tickets for this event will be sent to the email address provided at purchase. Please be ready to access the link for e-tickets included upon museum entry.
General Museum Entry: Ticket reservations for this event include untimed general entry to the collection and exhibition galleries on the day of the program.
Food & Drink: Food and drink are not included with event admission and will be available for purchase separately.
ID Check: Event attendees should be prepared to show valid government-issued ID in order to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
Phillips Collection Members: Members of The Phillips Collection enjoy up to two free tickets to Phillips after 5, the number of discounted tickets commensurate with level of benefits. Members of the Phillips Collection are asked to reserve their free ticketing in advance by clicking here.
Member Guest Passes: Member guest passes are not accepted for entry to Phillips after 5. Phillips members bringing guests additional to their benefits are encouraged to reserve at normal rates to ensure entry.

Event Seating: Seating for this program is unassigned and available to ticket holders on a first come, first serve basis. Seating opens at at 11:45 am in the House Parlor galleries.
Late Seating & Ticket Forfeiture: There is no scheduled late seating for this program. Late seating for ticket holders will be at the discretion of Phillips Collection staff. Ticket holders not seated by the 12:00 pm event start time risk ticket forfeiture.
Phillips Collection Members: Members of The Phillips Collection enjoy a 100% discount on up to two full-priced program tickets to this event, the number of discounted tickets commensurate with level of benefits.

General Admission: Group ticketing includes entry to all special exhibitions on view on the date of your visit, in addition to the permanent collection galleries.
Tour Fees: Guided tours with participants numbering 25 or more are required to have two gallery educators scheduled to conduct their tour. Guided tours with participants numbering up to 24 participants will need to select one tour fee to pay at checkout. Guided tours with participants numbering 25-50 participants will need to select two tour fees to pay at checkout.
Member Guest Passes: Member passes cannot be used for group payment.
Payment: Payment for group reservations is due in full one calendar week prior to the scheduled visit. The Phillips Collection does not offer refunds if the number of attendees changes after the reservation and payment are complete.

Time Zone: All Phillips Collection virtual programs are scheduled for local Eastern Time.
Accessing the Event: Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to the address listed at checkout. This message will include the Zoom URL and instructions for accessing the program on the day of the event. If this message does not appear in the primary inbox of the address provided, please be sure to check your junk and promotions folders. If registered participants do not receive this message, please contact reservations@phillipscollection.org. All participants will have to download the free Zoom app before the presentation.
Audio/Video Recording: Audio and video recording may take place during this session. If reserved participants would not like to be recorded, please turn off your video and audio, and use the chat feature during the session. Recordings are for internal archival use only, unless specified at the beginning of the event by the host, in which case The Phillips Collection may use the recordings for promotional or educational purposes.
Event Location: This workshop take place at Phillips@THEARC, 1801 Mississippi Ave SE, Suite 101, Washington, DC 20020.
Materials: All materials will be provided by The Phillips Collection.
Timed Tickets: Timed tickets are required for all non-members over the age of two. Reservations for timed entry are offered for eight weeks in advance with subsequent weeks of admission added each Tuesday at 12 pm.
General Admission: Tickets for General Museum Admission include entry to all collection and exhibition offerings on view on the date of your visit. Access to the sculpture courtyard is dependent on weather conditions.
Phillips Collection Members: Members of the Phillips Collection are now allowed walk-in entry and are no longer required to make advance reservations.
Member Guest Passes: Member guest passes are now being accepted for walk-in entry. Passes can only be redeemed when presented in person. All additional guests not covered by member benefits or available passes are encouraged to reserve at normal rates to ensure entry.
Reciprocal Members: Qualifying members of reciprocal organizations are now allowed walk-in entry and are no longer required to make advance reservations. Reciprocal members will need to present active membership cards from their home institution reflecting the appropriate level of benefits to receive complimentary entry.
