Sunday Concerts

 

Please review the following reservation policies before proceeding with your purchase 

Will Call: Tickets for online purchases will be held for pick up at will call. Please present your e-mail confirmation in the main lobby to claim ticket(s).

Museum Admission: Concert ticketing includes untimed general entry to the collection and exhibitions for the day of the concert reservation.

Seating: Seating opens to general ticketholders at 3:30 pm at the Dining Room entrance to the Music Room. 

Late Seating & Forfeiture: The only late seating will take place after the performance's first applause. Ticketholders not seated by the close of late seating may risk ticket forfeiture.   

Phillips Collection Members: Members of The Phillips Collection enjoy a $20 discount on up to two full-priced concerts tickets, the number of discounted tickets commensurate with level of benefits

Face-Masks: The Phillips Collection requires the wearing of face masks by all visitors over the age of two for the full duration of their visit. Face-masks must cover both mouth and nose, without gaps between your mask and face. The Phillips Collection encourages all visitors to wear N95, KN95, or KF94 masks during their visit.

Phillips after 5

 

Please review the following reservations policies before selecting tickets  

Face-Masks: The Phillips Collection requires the wearing of face masks by all visitors over the age of two. Face-masks must cover both mouth and nose, without gaps between your mask and face.  

General Admission: Tickets for Phillips after 5 include entry to all collection and exhibition galleries on view on the event date. 

Food & Drink: Food and drink are not included with event admission and will be available for purchase separately. 

ID Check: Reserved guests and Phillips members should be prepared to show valid government-issued ID in order to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. 

Phillips Collection Members: Members of the Phillips Collection enjoy free entry to Phillips after 5, the number of free tickets commensurate with level of benefits. Advance reservations not required; members have guaranteed entry even if the event sells out.  

Member Guest Passes: Member guest passes are not accepted for entry to Phillips after 5 Phillips members bringing guests in excess of their level of benefits are encouraged to reserve at normal rates to ensure entry.    

Cancellations: The Phillips Collection does not offer refunds for cancelled ticket reservations for Phillips after 5.

 

 

Group Reservations

 

Please review the following reservations policies before selecting tickets  

Face-Masks: The Phillips Collection requires the wearing of face masks by all visitors over the age of two for the full duration of their visit. Face-masks must cover both mouth and nose, without gaps between your mask and face. The Phillips Collection encourages all visitors to wear N95, KN95, or KF94 masks during their visit.

General Admission: Group ticketing includes entry to all special exhibitions on view on the date of your visit, in addition to the permanent collection galleries.

Chaperones for Pre-K-12 Groups: (policy text) 

Tour Fees: Please select one tour fee for groups fewer than 24 participants, two tour fees for groups of 25-50 persons. Guided Tours for preK-12 students are offered free of charge and will not need to select and pay for tour fees while reserving. 

Payment & Refunds: Payment for Guided Tours must be completed two weeks prior to the scheduled tour date. Self-Guided Groups must complete payment one week prior to the scheduled tour date. Phillips Collection does not offer refunds on group ticketing.   

 

 

Guided Meditation

 

Please review the following policies before proceeding with your reservation.  

Time Zone: All Phillips Collection virtual programs are scheduled for local Eastern Time.

Accessing the Event: Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to the address listed at checkout. This message will include the Zoom URL and instructions for accessing the program on the day of the event. If this message does not appear in the primary inbox of the address provided, please be sure to check your junk and promotions folders. If registered participants do not receive this message, please contact reservations@phillipscollection.org. All participants will have to download the free Zoom app before the presentation.

Audio/Video Recording: Audio and video recording may take place during this session. If reserved participants would not like to be recorded, please turn off your video and audio, and use the chat feature during the session. Recordings are for internal archival use only, unless specified at the beginning of the event by the host, in which case The Phillips Collection may use the recordings for promotional or educational purposes. 

 

Artist Led Workshop

 

 Please review the following policies before proceeding with your reservation.  

Adult Workshop: The workshop Renewing the Spirit, Remembering Our Stories: Meditation + Art is for adult participants ages 18+. 

Face-Masks: The Phillips Collection requires the wearing of face masks by all  visitors over the age of two for the full duration of their visit. Face-masks must cover both mouth and nose, without gaps between your mask and face. The Phillips Collection encourages all visitors to wear N95, KN95, or KF94 masks during their visit.

 

The Phillips Plays: Having Fun Viewing, Discussing, and Making Art Together

 

Please review the following reservations policies before selecting tickets  

Adult Supervision: The Phillips Plays events are for families with children ages 5+ and are not not drop-off programs. Reservations are required for both children and adults. At least one adult needs to be in attendance for any children reserved. 

Materials: All art-making materials for The Phillips Plays events will be provided by the Phillips Collection.  

General Admission: Tickets for The Phillips Plays include entry to all special exhibitions on view on the date of your visit, in addition to the permanent collection galleries. The museum café is currently not open. Access to the sculpture courtyard is dependent on weather conditions.

Phillips Collection Members: Members of the Phillips Collection and children of Members need to reserve tickets to The Phillips Plays events. Members receive a 100% discount on Adult tickets to The Phillips Plays events, the number of discounts applied based on their level of benefits

Face-Masks: The Phillips Collection requires the wearing of face masks by all visitors over the age of two for the full duration of their visit. Final Hour Free Entry

General Museum Admission

 

Please review the following reservations policies before selecting tickets  

Timed Tickets: Timed tickets are required for all non-members over the age of two.

General Admission: Tickets for General Museum Admission include entry to all collection and exhibition offerings on view on the date of your visit. The museum café is currently not open. Access to the sculpture courtyard is dependent on weather conditions.

Phillips Collection Members: Members of the Phillips Collection are now allowed walk-in entry and are no longer required to make advance reservations. 

Member Guest Passes: Member guest passes are now being accepted for walk-in entry. Passes can only be redeemed when presented in person. All additional guests not covered by member benefits or available passes are encouraged to reserve at normal rates to ensure entry.  

Reciprocal Members: Qualifying members of reciprocal organizations are now allowed walk-in entry and are no longer required to make advance reservations. Reciprocal members will need to present active membership cards from their home institution reflecting the appropriate level of benefits to receive complimentary entry.

Virtual Concerts

 

Please review the following policies before proceeding with your reservation.  

Time Zone: The start time captioned for this program is for local Eastern time.

Accessing the Event: Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to the address listed at checkout. This message will include the link you will use to access the live stream.

On-Demand Viewing: A recording of the concert will be available for on demand viewing for 48 hours after the concert ends. Virtual ticket holders can access this recording using the same link used to view the live stream.  

Phillips Member Discounts: Phillips members receive a $5 discount on up to two virtual tickets, the number of discounts applied based on their level of benefits
