Timed Ticket Entry: Ticket reservations for Neo-Impressionism are good for entry any time after the selected entry time. Once admitted, visitors can remain in the exhibition as long as they choose and can be re-admitted for later entry on the same day. Tickets also include untimed entry to the permanent collection galleries, museum shop, and café.
Once your reservation is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation for your purchase. Please print out the confirmation and present it at the admissions desk for entry. You can also present the confirmation on your smartphone or tablet device.
Phillips Collection Members: Members of The Phillips Collection enjoy free, untimed entry to special exhibitions, the number of tickets per visit commensurate with membership level. No advance reservations are required. Same-day ticketing is available at the membership desk located in the admissions lobby. Member ticketing guarantees immediate exhibition entry even when entry times are sold out. For more information about becoming a member, please visit the museum's membership page.
'Member for a Day' Passes: Member passes are accepted for untimed exhibition entry and also guarantee entry even when entry times are sold out. Members are encouraged to reserve at the regular rates for any additional guests that are not covered by their benefits or that do not have passes. .
Reciprocal Members: Qualifying members of museums that participate in the North American Reciprocal Program (NARM), the Art Museum Reciprocal Network (AMRW), ModCo, or the Reciprocal Organization of Affiliated Museums (ROAM) receive free, untimed entry for two to Neo-Impressionism. Advance reservations are not required. Please present a valid membership card from your home institution that indicates reciprocity through one of these groups on the day of your visit to claim admission.
Cancellations: The Phillips Collection does not offer refunds for cancelled ticket reservations.
