Phillips Collection General Entry

Please use the "Other Dates" and "Other Times" controls included above to select a date and time for your visit.The time selected will be your entry window.

If you cannot change date or time from the defaulting date/time, all ticketing for the week has sold out. 

If times sell out, a limited number of tickets may be released if customers contact us with cancellations. Tickets for next week's admission will go on sale Monday at 12 pm.

Before adding tickets to your cart, please review the following reservation policies. By redeeming tickets, visitors certify that they will comply with all safety guidelines. The Phillips Collection reserves the right to refuse or revoke the admission of any visitor whose conduct violates these guidelines. For a full list of guidelines please click here.

• Tickets: Timed tickets required for all visitors, including children and Phillips members; no walk-ins will be permitted at this time.
• Arrival: Ticketholders arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled start time may risk forfeiting their tickets. Ticketholders will not be let into the galleries prior to their scheduled time. 
• Stay at home if you are feeling sick: Temperature check is required for all visitors upon entry. Visitors with a reading of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher will be asked to visit on another day. Please do not visit if you have a fever or any COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days, or have had close contact with anyone who is confirmed or is suspected of having COVID-19.
• Visitors from outside the DC Metropolitan Area: Travelers from states designated by the District of Columbia as having significant COVID-19 community transmission are required to quarantine for 14 days upon entering the District and may not visit The Phillips Collection during that quarantine period.
• Face masks: All visitors over the age of two are required to wear face masks. Masks must cover both your mouth and nose, without gaps between your mask and face.
• Social Distancing: Please practice social distancing. Parties may remain together, but cannot congregate in groups larger than four individuals.
• Directional Flow: Visitors will follow a one-way directional flow through the Goh Annex and Sant Building galleries and stairwells to each floor, lasting approximately 60 minutes. Visitors must observe floor markers and follow directional and room capacity signage.
• Phillips Collection Staff: Please follow instructions from Phillips staff during your visit.
• Personal Items: Please leave any non-essential items at home. Staffed coat and bag check services are suspended, but self-coat check is available. The Phillips Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Museum Shop and Café: The museum shop is open, with controlled capacity. Tryst at the Phillips café is closed.
