Will Call: Tickets for online purchases will be held for pick up at will call. Please present your e-mail confirmation in the main lobby to claim ticket(s).
ID Check: Reserved guests and Phillips members should be prepared to show valid government-issued ID in order to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Museum Admission: Tickets to Phillips after 5 include entry to special exhibitions and the permanent collection galleries.
Phillips Collection Members: Members of The Phillips Collection enjoy free entry to Phillips after 5, the amount of free tickets commensurate with the level of benefits; no advances reservations required. Members have guaranteed entry even if the event sells out.
Member Guest Passes: Member for a Day guests passes are not accepted for Phillips after 5. Members intending to bring additional guests which exceed their normal benefits should plan to complete advance reservations at regular entry rates in order to assure their guest's entry.
Cancellations: The Phillips Collection does not offer refunds for cancelled ticket reservations.
